American Plumbing Professionals is looking for an energetic, self-motivated and organized individual to schedule and dispatch technicians. Candidate must have good communication skills, excellent customer service, extreme attention to detail and be able to multi-task. Computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly is a plus.

Responsibilities include:
Having a GREAT attitude
Being punctual
Schedule and dispatch technicians to jobs
Communicate with clients and technicians in a professional manner
Enter and manage data in the computer system
Answer multiple phone lines
Monitor location and activity of technicians
